Dinner: Roasted Chicken with Preserved Lemon (from The Splendid Table's How to Eat Supper), sweet potatoes
Thursday
Lunch: leftover chicken, celery
Dinner: beef stir-fry, rice
Friday
Lunch: more leftovers
Dinner: Baked Ziti, salad
Saturday
Dinner: Aromatic Chicken Braise (Culinary Institute of America's Cooking at Home)

Monday- I'm making chili too! What a coincidence.
Tuesday/Lunch- Does that really say HOT DOG!? lol
Ha ha - yeah, it really does say HOT DOG! But it's 100% grass-fed beef, preservative/additive/nitrate/nitrite/etc. free - and they are actually good . . . I refused to eat hot dogs prior to finding this one at work!
Beef is good for type O, right?
Looks yummy! I need to try that blackeyed pea chili!
